To obtain a Letter of Trespass:

  1. Complete the Letter of Trespass Request Form (PDF)
  2. Submit the completed form to Hendersonville Police Department for filing via:
    • Email Records
    • Post Mail or Hand Delivery to 3 Executive Park Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075
  3. Comply with posting requirements

Renewal

This Letter of Trespass must be renewed every year (12 months).

It is the property owner's responsibility to keep a current form on file with the Hendersonville Police Department. Completed forms must be sent to the Hendersonville Police Department Records Division for filing. Forms can be mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to the front counter at the Hendersonville Police Department at 3 Executive Park Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075
