Requestor will be required to complete a brief form and present photo ID.
Unless otherwise advised, the Background Check should be available within three to five business days after request is received. You will be contacted by Records personnel when the Background Check is ready for pick-up.
You can download and fill out the required request form beforehand by clicking the link below or you can pick up a copy of the form at the Police Department. A PDF Reader is required to view the form. You may bring the form and Photo ID in person to the Records Department. You may also email your photo ID and the form to the Records Department.
