   Please complete this form to submit a building or codes-related complaint. The City of Hendersonville's Building and Codes department will review and follow up with a decision or resolution.

   It is the policy (PDF) of the Building and Codes Department to ensure that property is developed and maintained in a safe manner, by promoting excellence in design and building standards. To ensure review, all complainants must complete a Building and Codes Department Complaint Form. No anonymous complaints shall be taken, unless of an emergency condition.
