MS4 Permit Requirements

The MS4 Permit requires the City to implement a public education and outreach program to minimize stormwater pollution.  The City of Hendersonville recently hired a Stormwater Program Instructor to meet the Public Education and Participation minimum control measures.  The Stormwater Program Instructor will be developing a Public Information and Education (PIE) Plan in an effort to educate citizens, builders, developers, industrial service providers, schools, and civic groups about stormwater pollution.
