Shelter Reservations Update:

All shelter reservations are subject to the current health restrictions put in place by the Governor of the State of Tennessee for crowd sizes and social distancing.  Shelter reservations that are unable to meet the current health restrictions may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the Parks Department at any point leading up to the reservation date and time.

 ONGOING REGISTRATIONS:

Fall Baseball

The Hendersonville Parks Department will begin accepting fall baseball individual registrations June 1st-June 28th for 5u-12u divisions. For more information or to register please visit the Fall Baseball page.

Fall Baseball Flyer

 The Civitan Club of Hendersonville will be offering registrations for OPEN Baseball Teams, OPEN Softball Teams, and Individual softball registrations this fall. Registrations will begin June 1st thru June 28th. For more information please visit the Civitan Club website page.

Summer Tennis Lessons

The Hendersonville Parks Department is currently accepting summer youth tennis registrations thru June 10th. For more information or to register please visit the Tennis page.

 

Fall Adult Softball & Adult Kickball

The Hendersonville Parks Department will begin accepting team registrations for Fall Adult Softball & Fall Adult Kickball starting June 15th-July 12th. For more information or to register please visit the Adult Softball page or the Adult Kickball page.

 

PARKS NEWS

Light Replacement

We're currently upgrading soccer field 1, 3, & 4 lights at Drakes Creek park to LED. The new lights are expected to be installed and ready for the start of spring season.

 

 

UPCOMING EVENTS

Spring Fling- Postponed

The Hendersonville Parks department has postponed the annual Spring Fling event at City Hall. We will announce a new date in the coming weeks.

 

The Hendersonville Parks has several big annual events during the holiday season including: Veteran's Day Parade, Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting, Festival of Lights, Lunch with Santa, and the Boat Parade.

PROJECTS ON THE HORIZON!

Ball Field & Security Lighting

We're currently installing new ball field lighting at Drakes Creek field #3 and Soccer complex as well as security lighting around Memorial Park. These new lights should be ready by the beginning of spring sports!
