Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hendersonville at the Hendersonville City Hall located at 101 Maple Dr. North, Hendersonville, TN 37075, until 3:00 PM CST, Monday, March 30, 2026 and opened publicly at 101 Maple Dr. North, Hendersonville, TN 37075 at that hour. The reading of the bids will begin at 3:00 PM CST. 

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 2:00 PM CST, Thursday, March 12, at the City of Hendersonville City Hall located at 101 Maple Dr. North, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involves traffic signal improvements at thirty-one (31) signalized intersections within the City of Hendersonville. This project takes place along multiple routes including US31 E/ SR 6 (Main St) from Center Point Rd to Winston Hills Pkwy, New Shackle Island Road from US31 E/ SR 6 (Main St) to Creekwood Ln/ Glenbrook Way, and Indian Lake Blvd from US31 E/ SR 6 to Stop 30 Rd. Specific improvements include the installation of stop line radar detection, advanced radar detection, fish-eye video detection, and Connected Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) dual-mode Roadside Units. The total project length is 9.22 miles.
