The City of Hendersonville is accepting bids for the Drakes Creek Park Maintenance Complex. Bidders may submit bids for any individual base bid, additive alternate, or any combination thereof. Specifications may be obtained by email request to Todd Baun with the Public Works Department at  or by paper copy from the Public Works Department at Hendersonville City Hall, 101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Sealed bid proposals must be received at the City of Hendersonville Finance Department located at Hendersonville City Hall, 101 Maple North Drive, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075, no later than 10:00 AM on March 12, 2026 at which time and will be publicly opened in Conference Room 1 at the Hendersonville City Hall, located at 101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

The City reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
