Invitation to Bid

 

The City of Hendersonville, Tennessee, is requesting sealed bids for “Backup and Disaster Recovery Hardware, Software and Support” at the Information Technology Department, City Hall, 101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075 until 3 PM (local time), on Wednesday, June 17th, 2020, at which time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening and results will be simulcast live on our YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/c/CityofHendersonvilleTN-Government

All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked “Proposal for Backup/DR”.  Specifications may be obtained from the Information Technology Department, 101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075 or electronically by using the link below. Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted. NOTE: If you previously submitted a bid, it is still unsealed and will be included in the bid opening.
