All programming must be submitted on DVD or a new ½" vhs format tape.  For submissions of DVD media, please contact the Public Works Department for requirements before submittal.

All announcements must be submitted through the mailbox below, and be word, jpeg, bitmap or gif format.

All submittals must comply with programming policy and procedures for channel 3 prior to being aired.  For a list of current policies and procedures, contact the Public Works Department at 615.822.1016.
