The developer of the property where Union University is being built is also making public infrastructure improvements by installing two turn lanes on Indian Lake Blvd and a traffic signal at Indian Lake Blvd and Maple Drive North. This $300,000 infrastructure improvement is being paid entirely by the developer with no cost to the city.
